Cute Scorpio Rising Tank Dress
After yesterday’s Zip Bandage dress, I found the Scorpio Rising Tank Dress from Urban Outfitters in a similar style and still only $68. Both these dresses are edgy, affordable and hot. Put some funky tights on and you’ll turn heads on the street. Go bare and it’s a cocktail dress. The little black dress can do anything!
